Talking with middle school and high school kids, I’ve heard many of them say that they are already overwhelmed about what this school year might hold. They are feeling nervous, stressed, and anxious, and at the same time, hoping this year is better than last.
But what if you didn’t have to hope for a better year?
What if you knew with certainty that no matter what happens at school, home, or in the world that you can return to a place of internal peace over how you respond to these external circumstances?
What if you knew that no matter who you have to be during the week (student, daughter, employee, volunteer, athlete, friend) that you have a place to return to where you can be yourself—and be supported unconditionally?
If you had a safe place to explore community, identity, and nature, through art, mindfulness, and outdoor play, would you?
The “Seasons” group is back at Our Yoga Family for fall.
Seasons is an 8-week-long opportunity for female-identifying girls in 6-8th grade to have a safe, supportive, and super fun opportunity for intentional connection.
We will go through each season of the year in two months: Spring/Intentions, Summer/Adventure, Autumn/Creativity, and Winter/Rest. In each session, we offer new skills and strategies for stress management and self-care.

This fall there will be two options to sign-up, Monday’s OR Wednesday’s from 430-6pm. Each session will be limited to 6 students. Group Hikes will include both sessions (Monday + Wednesday)!
The first hike takes place on Saturday, September 25th + the second hike is on Saturday, October 2nd. More details will be provided via email about what to bring, wear + where to meet! Note the fact that not all sessions are consecutive (sometimes they skip a week).

The price for the 8-week series is $360 and includes access to the beautiful Our Yoga Family studio, group wellness coaching and facilitation, art supplies, snacks, and two bonus hikes! Payment plans can be made upon request.
