We’ve designed a daily schedule of outdoor hikes, meditation and mindfulness sessions, yoga, nutritious meals, as well as free time to help you simplify, see your strengths in action, and connect with nature to renew your life’s purpose.

Community

Experience a supportive, playful, and compassionate environment to help you grow—on this retreat and beyond. We will be a small group of 6 participants and 2 guides. Gather around the fire and rest in bliss, including 1 night in a hotel, 2 nights tent camping under the stars, and our final 2 nights in luxury tipis.

Our environment shapes who we are, and we have the power to shape our environment.


Itinerary

The world’s oldest National Park sits atop a super-volcano and features Earth’s largest collection of geothermal features. The Tetons contain some of the oldest rock in North America – 2.7 billion-year-old metamorphic gneiss. Experience the superlative beauty of Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks.  

June 6: Arrive in Jackson, WY. After settling into your hotel, meet your guides and fellow travelers for an introductory hike up and a welcome dinner.

June 7: After a delicious breakfast in town, we’ll enjoy a morning tour of Grand Teton National Park. We’ll visit historic homesteads, riverbeds, and meadows, all while keeping lookout for wildlife! We’ll slowly make our way to Yellowstone where we may stop for a short hike before arriving at our camp for the next few nights.

June 8: Today we will tour the southern loop of Yellowstone National Park, with plenty of opportunities for hiking, as well as guided meditation. Back at camp, your guides will prepare a healthy and delicious dinner. In the evening, we’ll gather around the campfire for a mindfulness session

June 9: We’ll split our busy week with a full day of relaxation and mindfulness – yoga, guided meditation, and interpretive walks! Go at your own pace and enjoy your final night sleeping under the beautiful night skies.

June 10: Yellowstone has hundreds of miles of trails and hiking is the easiest way to escape the crowds. Today, we’ll hit the trails to explore parts of Yellowstone that most visitors never see! In the late afternoon, we’ll drive past the north entrance of the park to our luxury tipi and enjoy dinner in Gardiner, MT.

June 11: Spend your final full day spotting wildlife in the Lamar Valley and hike above the Yellowstone River! Finish the day with a soothing hot spring in Paradise Valley before returning to your glampsite.

June 12: Finish your trip with a final hike to challenge your body and awaken your mind! Then, we’ll head to Bozeman for your onward departure!
