Time has told a story that Womxn are created to create through every season. To bear all of life in our bodies along with the whole world’s expectations. To be ok, so that all others can be ok too. We must always bear fruit and it must be delicate and delectable fruit—and not too sensitive. It must be covered, but not with too thick of skin. We must be luscious, savory, and conveniently seedless. Our duty is to create, let it go, and be ok through it all.
Women: (Noun) Through man; all loveliness, just barely held together by her works of sacrifice, selflessness, and submission.
Womxn: (Verb) From life, through life, to life; all of it, and so much more than anyone can imagine. Always a mother. Well through these trials. Creative, boundless, and undefinable.
I work with Womxn who are sick of being sold wellness around every corner and just want to be well. I help release the expectations you’ve carried so that you can clarify what wellness means to you—and rediscover your confidence to pursue it.
I want to invite you to come on a journey with me to clarify your vision, your confidence, and your passion—it will require traveling lightly.
Outside Wellness provides a respectful and nonjudgemental space with an aspirant NBC-HWC Health and Wellness Coach to envision what health and wellness means to you and you alone, explore your strengths in a tangible way, and apply them into your life. What’s uncovered at the end of our journey together, is simply you: strong, well, and on a purposeful adventure.
Womxn is not a typo: it is an intentional inclusion of trans and nonbinary folks, Womxn of color, Womxn with disabilities, and all other underestimated humans.
Wellness coaching is not therapy. It is also suitable for Womxn of all activity and fitness levels. Clients should consult with their medical care provider if they intend to participate in new physical activities. Outside is Your Best Side was created in 2016 as an online journal. In 2020, we got our LLC status and became a health & wellness coaching service.
